As a business consultant and certified Executive Coach located in Europe, I have been enabling business executives, owners, and startups to focus on the key elements of successful leadership since 2004. Before that, for 14 years, I was Executive Director, Judicial Liaison, and Lobbyist of several trade associations in the USA.
I am a leadership development and business strategy expert specializing in change-process structure for business performance and technology transformation. I focus on leadership and team performance, customer-centric service and design, marketing strategy, and supplier/partner relations.
In addition to professional coaching frameworks, I use organizational development and change management frameworks, as well as agile and design thinking methods as a foundation for implementing change process structures and strategy-building within organizations.
